On the finger pitches other then the forward or reverse, you might not see much difference. Not many people have real typical lats. You may see one finger pitched at 0 left and right but then the other has to go in the other direction.
Now the thumb, could and might change. However if you are losing the weight rather then gaining it, the pitches may not even matter. If you hand gains flexibility you may not feel uncomfy in a ball with your pick or even odder pitches, this is however only to an limit also. You are a lefty, and if you are losing weight you may end up being able to add more left pitch in the thumb to get around it more. However if you are losing weight the biggest problem you will come across is getting back into a flowing groove with your approach. The lose of weight should not affect your ability to use the pitches you have in a ball now. You may need to use a smaller thumb and finger size, but other then that your piches should be fine. If you get your approach fixed and you still have a problem, then work on the pitches. I say them last because finding the right pichs can take a while. Even if they are messured off your hand and look to be right, you may end up rubbing somewhere that can be the result of the pitch.
So I would do these in this order to see if they help:
1. Get hole sizes changed to the new smaller fingers size.
If you cant hold your ball good dont bother trying to bowl outside of a drinking fest with buddys
2. Get your approach back into a smooth flow. If you are not consistant on this you wont hit your mark with the same resultes.
3. If you still have problems after you fix the first two then take a look at the pitches in your ball.
