PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have a almost new IQ Tour Fusion that was drilled for me no less than month ago. The pin was not tampered with and is no where near my fingers. Upon practicing last night I noticed a medium sized indent when my ball came out of the ball return. Nothing to go complain to management about. Just simply another mark.

Arrived home that night, cleaned it up with a little Tac Up and put it back in the bag. This morning when I got home for lunch, there was a crack from the indent that was made to my thumb hole. I'm still in disbelief right now SMH... My wife bought this ball for me back when we were dating so it really has special value. I made sure to take good care of it prior to it getting drilled. Kept in storage at a neutral temp so it was not neglected.

What if anything can I do to fix this? Or do I just need to accept reality and start looking for a replacement. Thanks in advance  :-\

Unfortunately, you might be out of luck. Balls crack for what sometimes seems no reason.

 Unfortunately, you are probably just out of luck.  The circumstances are all pretty much against you in this one and, unless someone is feeling unusually charitable, you have probably just lost the ball.

 Most bowling centers have a policy that they are not responsible for any damage to your personal bowling equipment, and manufacturers are going to tell you the warranty does not cover "lane damage", and you're caught in the middle.

I know this won't help the situation any, but one of my son's was throwing the IQ Tour Fusion and that ball too, for no apparent reason, cracked almost in half.  I like Storm balls, but I just wonder if there might have been some sort of manufacturing issue.  But maybe it is just "one of those things".  Kinda like an Ebonite Mission 2.0 I had a few years ago.  One day it was fine, the next it had a big crack in it.

Take it back to where you bought it or had it drilled and see what the shop operator can do for you.  Sometimes the rules can be bent if the ball rep is approached properly.  --  JohnP

Yea, because when we were dating about 2 years ago, I just hadn't gotten it drilled until now.
