Quick rule question, anyone know?
A bowler throws the first ball but doesn't strike and leaves a bucket 2-4-5-8 (the combination doesn't truly matter). On the second ball, the bowler misses all four pins with the ball. However, when the ball enters the pit, it contacts a pin in the pit which travels back to the pin deck and knocks out the 8-pin. The automatic scorer does not score the pin fall on the second ball. Does the extra pin fall count?
