Pins???
« on: January 24, 2005, 01:37:23 AM »
Had a tourney at Rebman's Recreation in Lorain, Ohio this past weekend.  This place had some of the worst carry and pin reaction I have ever seen.  And not just for me, but for people of all styles.

They had pins there that I hadn't seen before.  The only manufacturers of pins I know of are:  Brunswick, AMF, and those dang Twisters.

Any other pin manufacturers???  These pins looked as though they had a "V" logo on them.  Tough to see though.  The desk people had no idea what kind of pins they used and I forgot to ask the pro shop guy.

Thanks.

On edit:  Found the list of approved pin permit on the ABC site, but still can't figure out which pins they used.  Leaning toward Vultex, but can't be sure.

Who needs a 300 or 800, when I have a 294 and a 295!?!?!

vultex by vulcon. thats what we use at my alley, we got them new a couple months ago, put them in (32 lane house) (great scoring once the bellies on the pins swelled (took about a week) and we recently took them out to give them a break and put back in the amflites
