I've made the match play finals in three of the last four ABT tourneys I've entered. The problem is, I've gotten my butt handed to me in the first match each time. (Rick Wunder can attest to this, he saw me get throttled yesterday!) I don't have a whole lot of experience in match play, and I am learning something with each loss. One key I've learned so far is that I shouldn't be "married" to the line that got me there in the first place. I think my biggest weakness has been trying to stick with that line even when it isn't working very well. I intend to be more open to making big moves if necessary. Also, I was a lot less nervous in yesterday's match and actually delivered the ball quite well, IMO, I just got some bad breaks and was playing the wrong line. Are there any specific tips you might have for success in match play?

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...
