I have to bowl D/S at 7am on Friday (I really wish I knew who picked that squad). Any advice on a good meal, most likely from the buffet, to keep the energy level up? I know to stay away from the greasy foods like bacon (mmmm, bacon) and sausage. Any other ideas?
Scratch the buffet idea, I just checked the website and the buffet at Excalibur doesn't even open till 7am
