I have one that lets you specify individual prizes like high game/series, pay out several places for each, how many halves, a bonus for the roll-off winner if any, and rounds payouts to $10 for easy dividing amongst team members.  You can also turn a little virtual knob that controls how top-heavy or evenly distributed the payout is.

Send me your e-mail address and I'll hook you up.  Kinda works on Windows.  If I can get access to a compiler here at work, I'll do some double-checking.
