I've made several purchases from them. The only one that had an issue, they took care of right away. Somehow FedEx "lost" a ball in transit. I called their customer service number and they took care of it the same day.

many, many transactions with them
very class organization
i have met cliff barnes personally several times and from everything i hear, he is a class guy
i would call again and talk with the person you spoke to before
what you describe sounds out of character for this company

Bought at least three times there and never had an issue. You should be taken care of within the next hours/days.

I received a ball from them that was damaged during transit with FedEx.  They requested photos of the damaged ball and boxes and about a week later they emailed me with the shipping info on a replacement ball.  Understandable since they had to work it out with FedEx first.  I have no complaints with them.

They have quite a few brick and mortar shops.  See if one is near you and contact them directly.

I have had no problems with them.  Cliff is a real stand up guy and the the pro shop owner I know takes care of me all the time.  My zipper ripped off my bag after a year and it is getting replaced next week.

So would you prefer a "Nanner, nanner, nanner" or a "Told you so" ? :)

Nanner, nanner, nanner is always preferred.
