problems with bowlingball.com

has any one run intio a problem with bowlingball.com?  i bought a bowling glove from them and when i went to go pay they had a boaling ball on there that i didn't order. the glove with shipping is $10.98. this ball is about 53.00 bucks. i want to pay for the glove but the ball is on the manifest. i have tried for 5 days to contact them to straighten it out and now they're threatening to revoke my ebay privelige for no payment. i have 100% feedback and i don't want it screwed up. any help? should i just pay the 10.98 and leave them a note in the comment section what i am paying for? this is all new to me and frustrating.

I am sure someone will say that you should have gone to your local pro-shop and bought the glove.

But I have never had the problem that you are experiencing from any of the on-line shops. Maybe if you call them again you can get someone who will listen and try to help you.

you may have had it there from looking prior it will stay in your cart for a while i noticed the same thing once before

Was this an ebay item or direct from their website? If it's from the website, what does revoking your ebay privilege has to do with it?
