Ran across this website-
I thought how and what they wrote was kind of "funny"

Is your ball proportionate to your height and weight??

or

"Plastic Bowling Balls are ideal for beginner bowlers because they are inexpensive. However, they are  difficult to control and do not have much friction."
Yeah don't you just hate those plastic balls you never know where they will go and they skid all over the place.

ummm... Why post this?? How are plastic balls hard to control, they go where you throw them.

Plastic balls won't give you nearly the area of higher-performance balls if you're bowling on the great wall of China. Maybe that's what they mean by "harder to control".
