Waiting for it on youtube.  The winner's interview has been on bowl.com for a couple weeks now.

I watched the last match.  Tammy just dominated Carolyn IMO.

Yeah, Tammy looks like she might dominate again.  She had some good breaks on some bad shots against Missy Bellinder, but she was lined up against Carolyn.  What was she using?  Looked like a Dimension to me.

I believe Tammy threw a pin down Special Agent on both lanes during the finals, and in the match before that against Missy Bellinder, she threw the Special Agent on the right lane, and a pin up Cell on the left lane.

I wasn't sure what ball that was, but one thing I do know is that it worked very well.

Got to credit Tammy and Hank (!): every ball she threw, no matter how far off, (and make no mistake, many were were very far off) carried. She and Hank found the area for the balls she were throwing.

I was very surprised than, for once, Carolyn had done to her, what she normally does to everyone else. She didn't find the balls and the area for carry.

Tammy deserves this win.She has paid her dues to get back on top.
Without the injury there is no telling how many titles she could have won.
I'm posting this link to a 2001 match between Tammy and Michelle Feldman. Now
you must remember that this is five years after the back surgery. Before the
injury Tammy had even more revs than this video shows.I wish Tammy all the best.

Assuming the oil pattern is anything like it is when the men bowl the U.S. Open, it tends to lead to some non-conventional choices in equipment. When you hit flat patterns, I've notices you'll see guys changing to older stuff (possibly because it's tamer, or maybe because they feel they know it better). I'm sure she had access to newer stuff but just didn't use it.
