Props!!!!
« on: February 24, 2005, 05:20:38 PM »
I have to give props to a buddy of mine.He missed the last two years from bowling because of a severe car accident. He came back 3 weeks ago.He bowled 728 ,last week 694,and tonight started with the first 9 left a 4-9 split shot 266. Second game 300 and the third he had the first nine again ten pin spare ,then strike for a 279. He had a 845.Funny thing is it was his first for the 300 and the 800.He never shot that well and he didn't even know that he gets an 800 ring. Great Job Danny every shot was ten in the pit Congrats again!!!!!

Nice bowling.  Apparently being out of the game for a while does not prove detrimental to one's performance.

Your buddy deserves some serious kudos.

And they say the games not getting any easier.
I had a similar thing happen to me but when playing golf. I was a 18 hc before my accident. Six months after I began after 3 years off I was down to a 7.
Something about taking it easy with the swing maybe.
