Another bowling center falls.This time in Oklahoma

Another one bites the dust.A sign of the times in bowling, or just the cold hard
facts about or economy today.Sad to see another center close.

CoolRockin, you seem to have alot of jealousy issues. Maybe you should start practicing every day and take a bowling lesson. At night you can study the Brunswick A2 manual and try to learn about the pinsetters. Maybe after 20 years you will be a good bowler, AND know how to work on A2s. Then maybe you wont be so jealous of me.

wow, the place looked pretty nice in the vid.. had sythetic lanes and approaches(i think).
was expecting to see a some what out-dated place..

Drove pass that place while in town for a tournament about a month or two ago. Wish I had gone inside just to look around since that would have been my best chance.

MIchelle, yes this is the center Chuck bought a couple years ago. He built one in Rowlett,TX and then bought Jupiter after AMF closed the doors and gutted it.

Why would anyone be jealous of a guy who is so inompetent that he has been relegated to some back woods 6 lane center cause you can''t hack in a house that actually has some competition.

And as far as bowling goes, I have an open invitation for you to shoe up with me. Until you are man enough to take the challenge you have no business talking to anyone about how good you can (but mostly can''t) bowl.

Complete, for the last time, I dont decide where I go, my company sends me where I am needed. I dont decide how good my bowlers are. at this moment, at this center, there are no good bowlers. It is not a reflection of me or my bowling ability. I would love to go somewhere and not be the best bowler, and it happens alot, just not right now.

Right. And your company sent you to some back woods center in order to keep you from jacking up a center that actually has some business.

I understand. Happens all the time to incompetent individuals in corporate America.

Actually the opposite is true Complete. The nature of Brunswick A2's is simple. Get good parts on them and get them adjusted and they will run for years with little or no maintanance. Once I have serviced all the machines I will move to another center. 10 lanes adjusted correctly should require no pinchaser.

Yes my small brain is installing all the scorers and the software. I must be a complete moron! Guess I just got lucky and hooked them up right, I just guessed on what wires to connect, durrrrrrrrrrrrr.
