I love bowling with friends who never shot it before...
I always tell them: "It's NOT bowling!"...Don't try to play the lanes, like a bowling lane...hit the head pin!
The Pete makes every other bowling condition seem like the "Great Wall"!

First time I bowled "the Pete" was when a friend from Chicago brought a few of us out from Maryland. He had the 2 newbies bowling first, so I tried using my regular ball the first frame. Well I threw it at the first arrow, and it stayed there and took out 3 pins. So I moved a little and aimed a little more left for the spare. The ball hit the lane and went DIRECTLY into the left gutter. I turned around to see my buddy and he's lying on the floor laughing so hard I thought he was going to wet his pants. I should have known when the only ball he brought was a pink hammer.

Now I use my plastic spare ball for everything, as soon as I get that damn chalk off of it with what lane I'm on. It is an experience to bowl this thing, but it is a lot of fun.
