Has anyone...

...ever pulled a tendon in their hand while bowling?
I pulled the tendon in my middle finger and maybe my index finger while rolling off Thursday.

If anyone has done this, how long were you out for?

Tore a tendon in my ring finger in HS.  Reinjured it in a tournament in college.  It's never been the same since.

I believe I did this a few weeks ago.  I can't fit my middle finger in the ball.  I put it in the ball today for about 1/2 a cm.   and it was incredibly painful.  I have just been using my ring finger.  so far 290, 298(choked), 752, 742.  

I now have to consider, when I can fit my middle finger in the ball again, if I should use it or not.
