Question about magic carpet
« on: February 11, 2004, 12:38:49 AM »
I have talked to a couple people about it and they told me it was basically the soft side of velcro.  Has anyone ever tried the velcro and had the same results?  I haven't tried either but I am looking for a way to get my thumb hole just right.

I don't know about that, but I am still waiting for mine to begin floating in the air and whisk me away to a land far far away...

Jete, I have used both, and truthfully, I would just buy velcrow and use the soft side, heck it even comes off without leaving anything sticky (at least for me) I think thats what he is doing, just selling velcrow!

All you got to do is look at a piece of Velcro and a piece of Magic Carpet side by side and see they don't look very much alike. They sure don't feel the same or work the same release wise. I offer free samples of Ron C's Magic Carpet for people to try. Email me your address and compare them yourself.
Velcro does not have the twisted loop profile or spring rate of Magic Carpet so it can't function the same.
