Pap question
« on: January 18, 2008, 08:37:13 AM »
Im sure it has been asked 100 times but how do you get the measurement for your pap? I think you go off of your track correct? Any help would be stupendous.

The best way to do this is trace your track diameter with a wax pencil. Place the track side down on a spinner, all sides of the track even with the ball cup on the spinner. Start the spinner and touch the wax pencil to the top of the ball. The center of the circle will be your pap.

Find your grip midlane (halfway between thumb and fingers). Measure from this mark right (if right handed) the horizontal measurement will be the first part. then measure up or down off this line till you hit the circles center.
example 5 inches right 1/4 inch up.

This is best done with a ball that doesn't flare. Like a spare/plastic ball.

See the other thread on this same topic, it's about 10 or so posts above this one before I add this post.  --  JohnP
