Question about water bath and switch grips
« on: September 24, 2009, 03:11:56 AM »
Hey guys, I just installed the vise switch grip in a few balls.  I use the hot water bath method of oil removal all the time and with great results.  My question is, will that method harm the grips if I just drop them in the tub like normal?

No.  I used to use the switchgrip on all my balls and gave them plenty of hot water baths without a problem.  I didn't leave the removable thumbhole in the ball though...doubt it would hurt it even if you did (but why would you?).
