Lol, look further down the lane? How does that help? I prefer not to switch balls, I'd rather just move my feet. On a normal house shot, you should be able to keep the same breakpoint. If they get dry, move left, they get wet, move right. Of course, my solution for everything here is move right and throw harder. Usually works. Actually I've started to throw plastic too. My first and only 4 games throwing plastic this season so far? 202-206-247-257.
Anyway, unless your shot just typically goes to hell, you just break it down. If you've thrown one ball the first game or two, it must be the one that gave you the best look, right? Unless it's more than a simple burning of the track, you should be able to do whatever's most comfortable for you. If you like throwing faster, stay in the same place. If you throw slower, move left a little. If you're throwing particle and are burning up the mids, move to a solid that goes further down the lane. I wouldn't suggest going pearl unless it's really smooth, they tend to be jumpy in wet/dry situations. There are a ton of different things you can do.
If you're just taking a poll and not asking for advice, I just start throwing harder.

"2.7 million!"
"Are you sure?"
"Wait, no, that's 27 million. 27 million dollars! YES!"
*Awkward silence*
"Just got the, uh, . . holy spirit. You should get on that train, good ride."
