Chicken Wing help please

I have a chicken wing lol. I have ever since I taught myself how to hook a ball. It is no where near as bad as it used to be, but I just cannot seem to get my arm straight. Ive tried the towel under my arm trick, and it hasn't helped. Ive also tried the step out, and that completely threw me off. I still average 2-teens, but I feel my consistency could be a lot better if I could get my arm straight. 
I am going to get a compression sleeve and see if that could possibly help me out a little more, but does anyone have any other tricks/tips to try out?
