Question on Motiv Products

just ordered my first motiv ball and received it in the mail today. it is a venom toxin with a three inch pin. after pulling the ball out of the box I noticed were the pin  marking would be there is a hole about the size of a ball point pen tip. is this normal for motiv to mark balls this way.the hole goes through the hole coverstock. maybe the plug they put in there fell out im not sure. I am a little nervous that it might start cracking from that point. I've never seen a ball marked this way before by any manufacturer. my ears are open.

Do you mean the CG mark? I have a few Motiv balls where the CG mark is a hole as you describe.

Or does the ball not have a pin at all? If there is a hole where the pin should be, that has to be a defect.

my mistake yes it's the CG is this normal.

if you could post a picture it would help us in trying to help you. The Toxin I believe has a green pin and like most (if not all) Motiv balls have a white cg mark

The last few Motiv balls I purchased have been this way. Quite a few games on them and no issues as yet.
