« on: October 29, 2005, 06:29:37 AM »
After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

We will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they
become available in the seller's account in the future. Please be assured
that we will also take appropriate action against the seller's account,
which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.

Unless they take action against the seller, not his petty and probably now empty account, their actions do you less than no good. Makes me wonder about PayPal.

That's interesting.
When a buyer filed a bogus complaint with hubby about an item hubby sold, paypal yanked the money out of the account, and then told us "prove it" when we said that if the item didn't work when sent to buyer, it was damaged in shipping. Our acct was negative over $300 for a while.
I wonder if the buyer actually got his money back from paypal???

Someone, please let me know if this guy actually lives in Wisconsin.  There's nothing better than driving an hour or two simply to break someone's mouth loose.  Besides, I figure I could scrape together the necessary legal fund from you guys if I get in too much trouble with the law!

No one seems to know.  Identity theft in Wisconsin...or a guy playing dumb in wisconson who did it!  no one knows.

On second thought, I think I'd strap him down to a chair and make him listen to Helen Reddy: The Las Vegas Years.  After a few hours, he'd make every effort possible to refund your money.  Then I'd break his jaw...just for good measure.  Consider it the equivalent to neutering a sex offender.  Without proper punishment, this would happen as many times as he could try!
