R2Sâ„¢ Solid Reactive vs. Ridiculous Solid
« on: March 13, 2016, 12:00:43 AM »
Which cover is stronger - R2Sâ„¢ Solid Reactive or Ridiculous Solid?

I am guessing the R2S is.  If I am right, then would the Ridiculous Asym be the overall stronger ball (because of its stronger core) when compared to the IQâ„¢ TOUR?

R2S is more of a designation.
Roto used it before it went on to a Storm ball.
free agency it is until i get a better offer.   LMAO

i believe the Brunswick covers are much stronger than any storms IMO. Storms covers, at least for me, are more controllable but since im a straighter player, thats what i need. Brunswick covers, for me, really jump off dry too much and are unpredictable no matter what drill i use in them. If your a cranker, i believe the Brunswick covers will give you more area to BOOM it cause they are so strong.

I just don't think the balls are really comparable. Your comparing an even rolling low flare ball to a high flare asymmetric ball. The  Ridiculous Asym is going to push you way left (if your a righty). From watching this ball in person when the Ridiculous hits the dry it turns left hard. It's hard to say fro me which cover is stronger I've thrown balls with R2S not the IQ though but I haven't thrown the Ridiculous Asym but just from watching it I believe the Ridiculous has the stronger cover by quite a bit too.

R2S isn't a strength number like say S90 for global.
All it means is that the coverstock was 1st on a Roto ball before it went on a Storm ball.
free agency it is until i get a better offer.   LMAO

Again, that has nothing to do with the topic

According to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds7AzGY-G3I, R2S should mean "Reactive 2nd generation Storm".

I agree with this. My post was more of a jab at the other guy.
