Title: Rain-X on a bowling ball?!?
Post by: anorexicwonder on September 16, 2005, 02:29:14 PM
I know, silly idea right?

But hey, it might actually repel lane oil.  Who knows?

(Seriously, I believe it might work.  But also, it might soften the shell some.)

Any thoughts?

Might make for an interesting experiment on a closet ball. Conversely, couldn't that also have an adverse effect on the ball gripping the lane?

That's actually what I thought it would do. I could see it killing the ball more than anything....

But hey, at least if you get caught in a sudden rainstorm outside, you don't have to worry about the water staying on the cover!
