Wouldn't that happen if you strike in frame one, double foul in two, strike in 3, and so on? LIke this:

No gutter on either ball yes but have to be accurate. If you go Strike 1st frame then, 1 count and 0 throwing the ball where you just got the 1 pin, you could do that all the way to the tenth for an even 100 correct.
