Logo Infusion...anybody have same problem as me?
« on: November 17, 2015, 08:53:42 AM »
Got my jerseys yesterday, and the jerseys don't match. I had ordered the Alien jersey and Zombie jersey because I liked both designs. Well when I looked at my jerseys, on one of the jerseys, my Alien one, I have Aliens on front and a Zombie back. And on my Zombie jersey, its the same, Zombie's on the front and Aliens on the back. Now if I had known that they would do something like that, which is not what they advertise the jersey to be, I would have only ordered 1 jersey instead of both of them. On the site it shows a FULL Zombie jersey front & back and the Alien jersey FULL front and back. Am I being to picky? I had spent nearly $140 on these jerseys.

No, you are not being picky at all. They sent you the wrong thing and should be willing to make it right.

Blaine, brand mgr, contacted me and said they are going to rush me corrected ones. I thought their QC was better than it is since it took an extra day for the QC. But overall, the shirts feel and fit nicely. Let hope the new replacements are right this time. Crossing my fingers....

Sounds like good customer service at least.

Yea it is. He said since I provided pictures, they can see where error was. So he said they are on top of it.

Now he is saying ill need to send the old ones back and wait for the new ones, probably another 3 weeks and probably no compensation for their screwup. So ill be 6weeks out if they get these new ones right. IDK if its worth it anymore.

Nothing but problems now. Never will order from them again. All they offered me for the screwup was a discount coupon for 10% off. Same coupon everyone else can use. Requesting a refund so I don't have to deal with them again. Lets see where that goes.

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I was thinking of ordering from them also. Sorry you have to go thru this, but it will save others from the same fate, if that helps.

He replied saying please give him time to satisfy my order but nothing more he can do to satisfy me at this time since hes at the AMF World Cup. I told him fine and we will see what happens. They just don't want to refund my money.

Found some awesome ones at High5 with a Texas Flag theme i may order. Ive always wanted to get something with a Texas theme as i mostly travel out of state and bowl but love to represent Texas.

I am pretty much stuck with Logo Infusion. Being an AMF bowler, they are the only ones who offer the AMF logo as part of their shirt designs. However, I will say I have NEVER had a bad experience with Logo Infusion. I have 5 shirts now and another on order.
Balls: Motiv Forza GT, Motiv Primal Rage Remix, Motiv Ascent Pearl and Motiv (On The Ball) spare ball.. All made in the USA.
