Title: replacement for arson pearl

looking for a replacement for the arson pearl. it's RG: 2.48 and Differential: 0.045
 thinking storm optimus cause it has exact same rg and diff so thinking it'd b the perfect exact replacement dont want the low flare solid or anything from the arson line....just because lol no specific reason

The cover on the optimus is a lot stronger than the Arson Pearl cover.

I think the motion of the Brunswick Melee Jab is closest but the cover might be slightly stronger

You could also go with a Viral and drill it to be a little smoother

+1 on the Viral.
If you want something stronger than the Arson Pearl then the Optimus would be a good choice. If you want to stick with Hammer, the Black Widow Red Legend is also a pearl that gets released in 5 days and has had good reviews so far.

If you go with the Optimus, keep in mind that the cover is much stronger.  Also, the Tri-Sphere core has been mentioned to be closer to an asymmetrical core in some reviews on this site even though it's symmetrical. 

You're better off going with the Viral which is going to be closer overall to the Arson Pearl.  Just put a layout that is going to be a little smoother and you'll have a close reaction.  Another option could be the Motiv Venom Panic coming out.  Same RG of 2.48 but a little lower diff in the core at 0.034.

If you want to stick with the Hammer brand, the Absolut Flip will be the exact closeness of the Arson Pearl. I loved the Arson series, and since the Absolut Flip came out, I have retired my Arson Pearl. For me the Flip gives me about 2 boards stronger overall hook than the Pearl.

really helps...espeically cause i know about 3 people that have the absolute flip lol
