Reracks?!?!?!

Ok I want to start out by saying that I live in Australia and because of this i don't get to see any of the PBA events and I have no Idea what the rerack rule is... What is it? and how does it work?

interesting side note.........you are allowed two(2)reracks per game in pba competition. however, in abc competition, leagues or tournaments( unless otherwise stated )you can theoretically have as many as you need. the rules only say something to the effect that "it's the players responsibility to make sure the rack is correct before he throws the ball". can anyone elaborate on this ?

So what happens if your missing a 5 - pin? Do you have to rerack and dose that count as one of the two allowed reracks?
