Opinions on my approach?

Hope I'm not breaking a huge rule by posting this here.  The Video section seems to be more for bowling ball videos since there's a lot of those there and I only got one reply on my thread.

This is a new one though.  Thoughts?

Not bad at all.

Stay down at the line and keep your trailing foot on the floor.

Disclaimer:  I am far from a expert and there was only one camera angle.

I agree with sco.  Stay down.  It also looks like you are not letting your arm swing freely.  It could be the camera angle but it looked a little rigid.

Try that same angle except from the right side of your body.  It will be a lot more revealing.  In other words, move the camera to the right 3 - 4 feet.

You're right scradreau, my armswing is not very free and I'm working on that.  I can do angles from the right but when I'm on the left lane you probably won't be able to see much due to the ball return.

Good tempo. Relaxed approach.
Solid set up and balanced finish.
A little upright at release but your arms are long enough to easily compensate.
I would stay as is and concentrate on different releases.

New Video in the OP.  In those shots I feel my swing is a bit more free.  Still gotta solve the over bending issue and that will probably solve my "pop up."
