Title: Revolutions Bowling Software - Anyone else get spammed?
Post by: bamaster on May 25, 2006, 07:23:56 AM
I just received an e-mail from a company called "Revolutions Bowling Software" who apparently sell bowling tracking software called CatBowl2000 or something like that.

It was to join their mailing list.  I'm pretty sure I didn't sign up for it, so I'm curious how they got my e-mail address.

Anyone else get spammed?

Tony, maybe some unscrupulous bowling forum moderator sold your email to the software company.

They are a legitimate company. I think they pulled out old email lists from long ago, and asked that everyone who ever requested info on their old software re-sign up for their mailing list.

They are ok... Their software needs a bit of help, but they are legitimate...
