How do I get more revolutions on my bowling ball, I only have 150-200 revs.

I would even go out on a limb here and say 200 revs is an average number for most people. You got guys like tommy jones that may be up in the 500 range but hardly nobody has that kinda power... Either way being consistant is one of the most important things in bowling.

7-8  years ago, I use to be more of a power player and would play deep as I could at times. Now I am smooth as silk and just just gravity do all the work. I now hit my targets much better and heck I dont leave any crazy Sh*T anymore... Hope this helps in any way, John

kpbowler,

Without knowing anything about you except that you want more revs, I would say see a coach.  If you tell a good coach what you want to achieve, he/she will try to do it for you.

When I saw my coach the first time, I just told him I wanted to be way better.  I personally don't care if I have to throw between my legs as long as I can do it every time and get ten in the pit.
