Revs
« on: April 15, 2016, 10:20:38 PM »
Whenever I tried to uncup my wrist at release point to get more revs on the ball I always throw the ball harder.  Was wondering how to rev it more and still no throw it so hard?  Guys in my house throw the ball at 15 mph and get just as many revs on the ball as guys who throw the ball 17+ mph.

Instead of trying to uncup your wrist try focusing more on your hand position and how it comes around the ball. The rotation more so then the revs. Usually helps me get the better rotation on the ball with a relaxed release that also helps with ball revs.
