- Get your span and pitches fitted by a true professional IBPSIA ball driller,
- find a good Silver Level coach,
- learn to get your thumb out quickly, while keeping your wrist straight,
- learn to post every shot, with balance, and equilibrium,
- learn to "throw" the ball "into" the lane, not "loft" it "onto" the lane,
- and practice, practice, practice,
- etc., etc.

I got a wrist support with the index finger. This may not be the best way to go overall, but click it onto the max revs end of the scale and it'll rev the ball up heaps. the eq's. on here...

put more wrist into it...slow your ball speed down.. (although this wont get more revs.. just more movement)

im fairly new to bowling so if you were looking for perhaps a more technical answer then im probably not your man.. do you have your ball drilled fingertip etc and is it not too heavy?  i can get my 12 to rev up better than my 13, it's drilled slightly shorter and the lighter weight helps

I got a wrist support..but I don't wish to use it. Haa My ball speed just went up a few weeks ago after I bought my new shoes(better balancing) and now my ball skids too much. That's why I want more revs

Hm, I got a light 12 and a mid 13 balls. I agree that the 12 revs much easier compared to my 13. But the impact is totally different. My 13 sends pins flying around but my 12 just kisses the pin

If I may ask, how old are you? Female or male? I mean, Im sure you can handle a lot more then a 12 and 13 pound ball. Not to mention the many many benefits of going to a heavier ball. And how fast do you throw it now?

Hm, I noticed from videos how people actually bowl with high revs. A lot of lifting compared to just turning their wrist.

I'm 18, asian small size male. standing only 167cm and 45kg! Can't really handle heavy balls for my size! my ball reaches the pin around 1.5sec

1 more questions to add, From the vidz, I saw that bowlers actually stretch their hand vertically up after lifting their ball. Does this helps with the revs?

Thats called follow though, you should have that. 1.5 seconds is really fast, you can handle a heavier ball trust me, I know women who throw 16 pounds.

And your not that small, Im only 5 foot 7 inches. I throw 15 pounds. You need to slow your ball down, it has no time to work.

Haha, last time I have really slow speed, because I loft my ball a lot because of balancing! Now I improved yet my ball begins to skid!!! I want my revs!!! Don't really have the $ to change a ball.. I love my classic rock
