Haa, I don't have AOL, nevermind. Let's do everything here then.

Without grips I can lift better, is that true? I can really lift my plastic so well that it hooks more than 15boards. Anyone to clarify me this ?

Well, it sounds like you have enough revs if your plastic ball hooks. How long have you had your Classic Rock? It may just be dead.

dude, first of all, if your using a 12 or 13 pound ball, it doesnt have the same core as the heavier weights do.

most balls only use good cores in 14-16 pound equipment, and 3 or 4 piece cores in the lighter weights, so you really arent getting the full effect, if any effect at all.

5'4 really isnt short, but its not like yao ming either. you should be throwing atleast 14 pounds. once you move up weight the ball will most likely start revving up a lot better because of the core being better, especially in high end balls.

i'm guessing you could probably handle 15 pounds, but definately 14. at 18, 5'4 and whatever you weigh, you should have no problem throwing heavier equipment once you get used to the weight. right now, your throwing light weight balls, with cores that arent even close to what most manufactureres use in 14-16 pound equipment, so the ball really isnt going to rev up at all, but if you move up in weight you'll most likely notice a big difference in revs and speed.

on that note, its 1:30 AM here, i can barely see my screen so i dont really know how many words i may have spelled wrong, and i'm tired, i'll try to edit this in the morning to give you a better idea of what i'm talking about.

Oh, thanks! I would notice that my speed would be lowered by a lot if I gonna change to a 15 Maybe 14 will do.

So slow your speed down. Its easier to slow down then to increase revs. Some people just arnt good at getting a lot of revs. Its not bad to be a stroker (low revs) you just need to work with what you have, not try to be something your not. And second, dude, you need at least 14 pounds. Even if you get one used really cheap, 12 and 13 is just TOOOO light. You get no carry, plus like HammerBowler said, it doesnt have the normal cores, which doesnt help any either.

Over here I can't really find used cheap. Even a cheap used ball will cost me around $100.. don't say about a new one..

Move your pinky finger in as close as possible to the ring finger.  Strech your index finger as far out as it goes (this may help with control).  Slow down on your approach...no rush.  I also agree with others regarding the bowling ball and the ball weight.  Heavier ball weights do provide you with the dynamic cores and it will help bring your ball speed down.
