Can anyone explain what is the meaning of Min RG and Max RG ? Why is it that some companies like Brunswick and Lane#1 give you the min and max RGs where else companies like Storm and Hammer give you only one RG number....

The one RG number is the average RG.  It's the middle of the Min RG and the Max RG.  Another number you'll see is differential, which is RG Max minus RG Min.  That tells you the flare potential of the ball.  Some ball companies choose to present these numbers in different ways, but they all say the same thing.
