Title: Roll out and polishing...

If a ball is rolling out, will polishing it help get it down the lane further before roll out occurs?

I am not an expert by no means, but for me that is exactly what happens.  I am not prone to rollout, but after I apply polish (usually Black magic or Ebonite) I get anywhere from 1-3 ft more length.  I think it retains a lot of energy, and my carry seems to better.
