Mine is basically the same as slasher's.
I stretch hamstrings, quads, calfs, groin area, triceps, and shoulders. I also touch my toes or raise my legs on a chair, and bend backwards a little to stretch the back some. I'm even considering light weight squats at home to strengthen my quads more.
I've found I can bowl many many more games in a week by staying loose.
I even pop a few advil prior to bowling.
