Its a way to drill a ball he must have been confused on what you meant by drills.
Try reading some articles on these sites and you should be able to find some useful drills and information

Let's clearify here. Are you talking about drills to do as in practice or are you talking about drilling on a ball? They are talking about ball drilling.

If it is about practice there are a number of things you can do. If the center would allow you to put down towels on each side of say 2nd arrow and make sure you get in between them. That will help with accuracy. As far as speed I guess I am not for sure.

The best advice I can think of is:

a TRUELY free arm swing all the way from start to finish. and during the finish POST your shot... which means that when you release the ball you should be balanced and able to hold your same position when you let go of the ball. (it helps to have good timing and a good fit on your ball first but I cant help you there)

I dont know if you would call that a "drill" but its what I work on every single shot during practice.

I dont want to say anymore as im not a coach

To work on your timing try the one step, and two step drills,if done properly they willhelp free your swing and true up your timing.

I like to play low ball, seems to make my spare shooting better (although sometimes I wonder).  Fun to play with friends too.  I finish practice sessions with a game or two of low ball, makes me focus harder, and I'm tired already.
