I got an email back from Tom Graskewicz of Grip Loc and he told me that Lane #1 is just doing the distribution of their products.  They still own and make the products.  We use Classic Products for our SLSM Designs products as a distributor much in the same way.  The reason for the Grip Loc move was to provide better service when ordering due to Lane #1's staffing.
