So, there was oil on the pin deck and pins were sliding around. What is the official rule when this happens. The original set up was a 2 8. But a pin came in and moved the 8 pin over to where the 9 would be off spot and was not able to be racked. Would it go to the 9 or back to the 8 since it was not really on spot? The same thing happened with a 5 7 8 split. I know that of the rack picks it up you keep it where it is but is it different when its off spot and not truly on that spot?
