Here is the situation.  We have a league rule that states in order to win match play points against a team that doesn't show up you must bowl the opponents average minus ten pins with no handicap.  That part is easy.  The question is how does the team win points against that same team who didn't show up.  Should it be the total of the absent team' score minus twenty pins with no handicap or should a totally different rule apply?  There is only a rule for how to win match play points in our league rules.  There is not a rule on how to win team points.
