Rules question

 If a pin leans and is about to fall on its own but the rack touches it, does that pin need to be re-spotted? I don't have a rule book and I've seen both situation when the pin counted as a pin fall and another situation when the pin was re-spotted. What's the ruling on this? Thanks

if the rack hits it..then it has to be respotted..no matter what!
