I just heard they will be looking @ your composite avg and tournament avgs when you are bowling a tournament in a few years... Has anybody else heard this?

To me.....this is a good thing. It helps weed out the rampant sand-bagging that goes on! Guys with 200+ averages that sub everywhere, but are not "officially" in any one league, because they never reach the 21 game limit! If they never bowl 21 games in a particular league, their real average doesn't get recorded as such.

It still seems like there is a loop hole for the sandbaggers?

If they are going 2 start monitoring tournament avgs with league avgs they should be disallowing PBA's to participate because the avg bowler doesnt stand a chance in beating a PBA...
