A redundant question no doubt, but one I feel the need to ask.
I have a ball that I have been shooting really well with. Seems to read most patterns well, and has a predictable read. Easy to get through the fronts, strong but not snappy off the breakpoint, and never “lies†to me about the backend.
I have the chance to get another ball really cheaply. This ball has the exact same cover, with a different core.
It has a little lower RG, and a lower diff. Not a weak core by any means, just not quite as dynamic as the other one.
Since coverstock and surface finish predicate so much of a balls reaction, what difference do you guys think I would see between the two?
I know. It’s all pure speculation and conjecture, but, if there is a big enough consensus, it might be worth a shot.
