It's a tropical storm in California
I can't believe it!!! We're in the middle of August and right now we have a warm tropical stornm in the Bay Area.
The water is rising up in the gutters.
I may have to go out and fill up some burlap bags and put up a wall.
Would that make me a sandbagger?

Yep, I guess you would be a sandbagger..
I've filled those dratted things before, and the net result the next day - my bowling average went WAAAAY down.
It hurts!
