sanding questions

I am considering re-glossing and sanding my ball (a PG Reactive). How do I go about this, and could you explain a little about sandpaper?

I'd be surprised if the Power Grooves were any different from the other Brunswick pearl resin finishes: sand it to 400 grit, then apply a good dose of Brunswick's High Gloss Polish.

Not sure I understand why you're asking about "sandaper".
What do you need to know about sandpaper?

I mean, excuse the newbie question, but you are supposed to use sandpaper, right? If not how exactly do I go about this?

If you plan to resurface, be very sure to use a wet paper. I would also hope you have a spinner, IMO, trying this without one is disaster for your ball.

Sorry if it seems I may be 'talking down' to you, but I just wanted to make sure you not going to try this by hand.

Personally, I use Abralon pads and not sandpaper, but either will do just fine.

What if I don't have a spinner? And what exactly is wet sandpaper? and the polish I should...?

no offense but I think you may be best suited by taking the ball to your local pro shop and having them resurface for you. With out a spinner it is not going to achieve desired results
