Well, I'm looking to try sarge easter.  After careful consideration I've decided it would be a good idea for me.  Now the thing is, right now with my normal fingertip grip style stuff, I don't use grips.  And I've taken quite a liking to the gripless feel.  Now my question is, has anyone drilled a ball sarge easter with no grip in the middle finger?  I've had "bad" experiences using grips, but I don't know how a gripless middle finger will fare with sarge easter.  Seems like a stupid question, but I really have no idea.  I've never seen a sarge ball without a grip, and I have no idea if that is merely a coincidence (since most people use grips anyways) or because there is actually a reason for it.  So can anyone help me out?  Thanks.

... i dont understand why you would need to use or try sarge unless you have a ton of revs.. but you know what your talking about so good luck with it

Hmm, looks like you answered your own question.  Trust me, I've researched on it.  If I wanted to do it for the "fad" factor, I would have done it months ago when Nick and a couple other people tried it.

BrunsNick uses sarge grip. I´ve actually thought about trying it myself..
