Title: Scorekeeping Software help

I used to have a computer program that I could track my league info on, and print out a personal score sheet that I could keep track of what I was doing.    Unfortunately, I had to reformat my computer and lost it.  Does anybody know the name of the software, or something similar..I can't remember it for anything?
