See if this makes any sense. I believe this bowler has the most sanctioned 300's around, across multiple houses, shots, etc. Because of this, I have always thought he was talented, could repeat shots constantly, yadda yadda. But over the course of this league, I have been watching him more and more. Keep in mind that this is a more difficult shot. He is a train wreck. Almost 0 shot repeatability. He just stands left, chucks the ball right. He just has a large margin of area when he has a shot due to speed, revs, and rotation. Is there a difference between good bowlers and bowlers that just create area? Or does the ability to create stupid amounts of area to compensate for a lack of repeatability make you a good bowler because of what the score sheet says?
