Serious issue... life changing advice needed...
« on: October 27, 2004, 03:31:38 PM »
I need some advice on what could be a life changing decision.

I've suspected for some time now that my girlfriend has been cheating on me. The usual signs. Phone rings, I answer, someone hangs up. She started going out 'with the girls' a lot recently although when I ask which girls it is always "Just some friends from work, you don't know them". I always look out for her taxi coming home but she always walks down the drive although I can hear a car setting off. As if she has got out of the car round the corner. Why? Is it not a taxi? I once picked her mobile up just to see what time it was and she went beserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my g/f. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night she went out again and I decided to check on her. She said she was going to meet "the girls" at the bowling center.  So I act like nothing is bothering me and say ok.  I tell her I'm going to the gym and leave.  But instead of the gym, I go to the bowling center.  So there I am in the bowling center... hiding in the pit behind some strangers pot bowling... waiting for her to show up with some dude... when I notice this this guy's Dyno-thane Thing Lives with the pin over the middle finger with the CG 3" directly to the right of the pin.

So should I plug my Thing Lives and try out this layout or just buy a new one?

Tough choice Tony.  What I would do is keep the old one as is, and then buy a new one and drill it up.  Never hurts to have a spare.  Ball or gal.

Buy a new one but wait to drill it.  Use the old one to throw at the guy cheating with your girlfriend preferably aiming at his crotch, and in case your ball gets damaged in the fight you have a NIB waiting to be drilled.

I have a variation of that layout on my Blueberry Saw, actually my pin is to the right of the ring with cg kicked towards pap. I love it, rolls slightly early and finishes strong through the pins while not moving so much that you can't control it.

bama,

What I would do is get another one. Try out both, see which you like better, which fits you better and which one performs better. Once you have made that decision, then you can rid of the other one so you don't have as much useless stuff taking up space. There is no point keeping something around if it is not really satisfying you, and your needs.
